We currently ship in South Africa only.
We process confirmed orders immediately and you can expect 2-4 working days for delivery.
Delivery to main cities can even be overnight.
Regional and remote areas can take up to 7 working days.
Once you have placed your order we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your
order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns based on the following conditions:
The item must have been sold on our online store
The item must not be damaged or used
The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery
The return is at your own expense
To ask for a return please contact support using our help desk.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can. Shipping will be for your own cost and you can send the goods back with a courier of
your choice.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is accepted. The reimbursement, exchange or credit will be immediate.
